Objectives

1. Design and build a website for a local rental business specializing in event pavilions and wedding accessories.
2. Implement e-commerce functionality with local payment provider support (not achievable in Webflow).

Front-end & Design

‍I designed and developed the initial site in Webflow. The site manages with a CMS a wide inventory of rental items, such as wedding accessories, tables, and heaters. Because the client required specific local payment gateways not natively supported by Webflow, I exported the build and converted it to WordPress.

E-commerce & Migration

1. Migration: Transferred the Webflow build to WordPress with Udesly converter without losing design or CMS functionality
2. Payment Gateways: Integrated local payment providers with custom plugins to ensure the checkout process worked for the local market.

Project Execution & Handoff

• Handled the full end-to-end process from Figma design, to Webflow development, to WordPress deployment with e-commerce and CMS functionality.
